Yes actually, it finds the head usually very quickly vs it trying to locate the eye also. I notice more so if I do a poor job tracking it will pick it back up a bit faster.
Not my best work, but my toughest ever photos and video. I have over 100 hours trying to photograph this bear although not this one specifically. Just the location and species. There is a 500 pounder near this area but he avoids me like the plague. Youtube video link also.
Haven't been around in a while, though there are some stunning images here. A couple from this evening. After this guy/gal caught this biggie pan fish he/she flew across the pond to devour it and then took flight.
