I just spoke with Adorama customer service and (for what it’s worth) the rep told me that Adorama had not yet received any A1 bodies, and that they were expecting to receive them in the next week. Joe

I just spoke with my local shop and my name is on one of them. They did say, that SPS members are taking priority over the general public and a hint the other day from my normal sales rep was that I would have missed out if I wasn't a SPS member

LR has had four pre-release versions now that support A1. So hopefully they are close to another general update. I think an update will be soon as they've also finally fixed all the issues that a lot of us had with slowdowns on Macs. (which is the reason I got invited to use the pre-release versions in the first place).

Got my FedEx tracking number and delivery tomorrow, but the package has not been picked up yet by FedEx, so it might not go out till tomorrow, as it's already 7:30pm, local time. Don't take the day off tomorrow to sign for it thinking it'll come. Make sure it's left the warehouse and in FedEx's hands. 75% of my B&H orders were like this, winding up being actually shipped the next day.

My dealer said he got a very good sized shipment in (I didn't ask how many exactly). He had enough to cover all his SPS orders and some left over for the little folk.

Thanks for the info Joe.
I also ordered from Adorama. Maybe I’ll try calling them in the morning and see what they say.
In the meantime, congrats to everyone that’s getting their A1’s!
