After a lot of silence there are a few people reporting getting a Z9 in a shipment this week in the UK and talk of "rumours" of another coming shipment. Just when I'd started to accept my fate they give me hope again

It's weird, the button and dial layout really makes me feel at home with my old D700. It is heavy after only having a Z7ii/Z5 for the last year or so. Need to plan some trips now to get out and shoot.

I preordered on November 30 (after thinking I wouldn't buy this camera, then had a change of heart)
I realize I am probably far down the list still, but curious if we're past a certain preorder date yet... Are we into November orders?

Just got word from my dealer in the UK that mine has arrived and I can go collect it. I'll hopefully be grabbing it tonight or on Sunday morning.
Definitely took a bit longer than I'd have liked but I'll be glad to have it. Moreso very relieved to have it before my 400mm Z can turn up. No idea when that'll show up but I'd have been really sad to have it arrive with no Z9 yet.

I read on one of the many blogs/FB pages I follow that the Z 400mm lens will start shipping in the UK on Feb 17th. I am hoping for my USA-NPS Priority delivery soon after.
