Peekaboo I see you!!! I love otters! Such a friendly fun creature to watch and view! Great composition "LH"!
The people who know you and your work appreciate those facts.
There will ALWAYS be someone who has to denigrate someone's composition! Just ignore!

Thanks Dan. I actually considered naming that one otter shot "Peekaboo".
They are cute little guys/gals. Around my area they are VERY hard to find let alone get any quality shots of. These are sadly probably the best I've gotten of them around my area. I did get a couple rare shots of a Mink with a fish that same morning but the light was horrible and my ISO was hitting 10k. Coupled with having to do an extreme crop on top of that, rendered the images barley usable and not something I'll likely post here.

You have some rare creatures in your area..visited area.. "LH"! Grab what you can when you can. Sometimes the quality of an image doesnot lessen its appreciation.
If it is really bad...ok but I see no problem here at all!
Yeah high ISO's will bring noise into the equation but noise isn't always a bad thing!!
Again well done!

LA skyline shot yesterday evening .... and a crow threatening a kestrel this morning as she landed on his territory - a palm tree. Kestrel didn't budge for a long time!

Thank you, Jordan! The clarity and DOF, and the colors of your butterflies are just beautiful! Even the OOF rendering is very nice. I should get that lens!
