You really make this 300mm heavy brick shine on the Z6.
Thank you it's quickly become my favourite lens...not exactly easy to carry around, but it makes up for it. I've actually sold the 200-500 I also had since it just didn't get any use anymore
Btw, are you thinking of upgrading the Z6 II? I'd really like an option to test them side by side, but unfortunately where I live that's hardly an option...
First post from my new (to me) Z7. Is it my imagination, or does it seem to produce a touch more noise at ISO64 than the D850?
Shot taken with my old faithful 24-70G on an FTZ. Native 14-30 and 24-70 (both f4) and 85 should be arriving tomorrow or Tuesday, and a new set of filters (Kase magnetic) should be turning up soon afterward. Yay!
Y'all are probably getting tired of my pics of this lake, but it's just across the road from my house, and it's oh-so-pretty!
That is an incredible lake - what a view! I have an interesting view out my back window, not quite as impressive, however I have many images of the old Hillcrest farm, just outside Louisville. Nikon Z6 Voigt FE 21mm F3.5

Thank you very much for your lovely comments, Phil. Much appreciated as always!
