Repurchased the 35mm 1.8 and had a small little shooting. The bokeh with busy backgrounds is nothing to write home about, but still I love the rendering.

I repurchased this lens again ( the third and final time?)! Can't wait to shoot with it. I had trouble finding a moderate normal wide-angle-ish lens which would fit my needs. The Nikon 35mm 1.4g is absoluty stunning, but was so expensive... and both sigma and nikon were a bit too heavy with FTZ. I really like the handling of the Z lens, also the falloff is really nice. I am ok with the bokeh rendering. DSC_3353_1 by Anh Pham Viet, auf Flickr
I think this one will pair super well with my Z 85mm as lightweight setup for every purpose when I want to leave my 58mm at home.

What's the story here? She looks like a Lineage Elf character to me!

Some more. Overlap from other thread. File was processed with RawTherapee, which does not seem to apply lens data, also rips out EXIF data. First image with contrast against sky, vignette and CA are pronounced, however, from some reason, I liked this more than the corrected JPG SOOC file, so there. Just to inform for those who are looking for lens performance that in a regular process coupled with modern raw converter, or SOOC JPG, you get better corrected image.
