Ecuador Sampler I: These were captures from A6000 and the unassuming 55-210mm with 1.7X afocal front teleconverter (Olympus Tcon17) to make a poor man's 300+ mm. Recently processed due to newer plug-ins making these noisy pics (and therefore mostly for documentation role) to be a bit presentable online.
Had a hard time fully identifying this particular hummingbird (shot in Tandayapa area as I remember). Probably one of the Brilliant variants.

Looking at a Snowy Egret in breeding plumage in the foreground and a Wood Stork in the background. The difference in size between the birds is quite evident.

A couple of shots of the king of the yard except when a flicker shows up & deference is shown. The scrub Jays have really taken a foot hold along with the collard doves in the last few years.
