Looking at a family of 2 Great Egret parents in breeding plumage and 2 nestlings (1 partially obscured by vegetation) in the nest.
Cropped; tripod mounted Sony 100-400mm f4-f5.6 GM lens set to 336mm and Sony A7rIII camera.
ISO 100, f5.6, 1/1000 second.
Exposure corrected +0.48 Stops.

Great composition but something wrong with the tonal range of this one. No true near whites or blacks.
Is the histogram expanded fully?

That is probably true. I pulled back on the whites because the back of the right adult Egret reached about a white level in a darkened room. That way I could hold the detail in the whites in the whole image. If I didn't do that in the lighting conditions as viewed on my un-calibrated Laptop screen I started to lose detail in the whites on the back of the mentioned Egret. I had originally processed so that the back was totally was white and it looked a bit hot. Also I opened up the blacks a bit.

I was able to get close enough that this image was just a crop to change from landscape to portrait.
I tried something a little different and used Photoshop to create the downsized jpg.
Had to show the crop for the pixel peepers.
Orlando Wetlands is becoming my favorite "hotspot".

Looking at a small portion of the congregated Snow Geese that I would estimate were in the thousands. In this image the geese were on the far side of the fence and into the farmers fields beyond the retention ponds behind our home. The Snow Geese continued onto the flooded land on both sides of the creek on the other side of the retention ponds (on the one side farmers fields were flooded).

Exposure corrected +0.95 Stops.
