Tried a sunrise pano image this morning. I still need to work on balancing ISO/shutter speed to keep noise down and/or try an HDR Pano. This is at ISO 1600 with the Mavic 2. If you have found settings that work for you, I'm open to suggestions.

Still learning the Mavic 2 Pro. Here's a couple of images using the Mavic 2 Pano mode. In horizontal mode, the drone takes 21 images in three rows. While the drone will stitch the panorama in camera, it also provides all the stills. I find that LR and/or PS gives a slightly better result.

I just got a Mavic 2 pro and some recommendations from a more experienced shooter. He said f 2.8 is super sharp; so only stop down for depth of field issues. Also he has been able to use surprisingly slow (3 seconds in tripod mode = possible but inconsistent) shutter speeds depending on wind. At f5.6 sharpness is degraded some by diffraction. Has anyone else tried slower shutter speeds (1 sec?) to avoid higher iso?

I thought f/5.6 was the sweet spot for lens sharpness on the Mavic 2 Pro and that diffraction degradation only occurs after f/8

I didn't test the lens for optimal sharpness but my friend did. He never shoots above f4. I have an rx100 which has 1" sensor. f4 is sharper than f5.6. Looks plenty sharp at f2.8.

The image above was taken at f/5.6. I have zero sharpening in this image. Interesting . . .
