I haven't posted much lately since I've been so busy with work, but I've been lurking and 'liking' when I can. Been an unusually mild winter here, with minimal snow.
Lenses used are the CV75/2.5 and CV28/3.5 not the Leica lenses shown.
My work schedule has interfered with my photography of late, but the weather this afternoon was gorgeous in the Florida Panhandle, and so I grabbed a camera, left the office, and headed to "The Outpost," a local bikers' hangout. As I stepped out of my vehicle I spotted this gentlemen, "Willie," who was eyeing an old Harley and trying to figure out if he could justify the $1,600 purchase price. It seems that GAS is not unique to photographers.

BTW, lots of great postings here of late; I have enjoyed looking through your outstanding works.
It's by Itoh, who also designed the 50/1.4, the 85/1.5 and 1.9, the and the great 100/2 Canon Ltm lenses. Sans hood even it really did not want to flare, and calibration by a miracle is perfect. Also has very nice sonnar bokeh in portraits

Very nice - from the look in those eyes, I'll bet he has some very interesting stories to tell.
Cal - check the forecast - looks like the next few days will be quite cold again!
More from Hamilton north end... decommissioned school
Other side of the street is this view... as a kid I would have thought it would be cool to go to school beside a big factory. As an adult, knowing the many chemicals emitted in the air in the area... not so cool.

Charlie, another lens on the lower end of the 'to get someday' list. Heard a lot of good things about it!
