That was the first RF lens I ever bought. It was for my Nex-5. The original I thought $185 was totally outrageous, but it was so tiny and cool, and on my third glass of cab I pulled the trigger.

These images were captured this past weekend at a sanctuary in Los Angeles. It's free and open to all denominations. My daughter took me there.
I lived in Santa Monica for 22 years and never knew this place existed! For you Angelenos: it's located on Sunset Boulevard just a half mile or so off of Pacific Coast Highway. The driveway/entrance is on the right and easy to miss. So go slow as you approach the top of Sunset and the stop light. If you need and enjoy a quiet, meditative space, this is it. Once you're at the lake, it's hard to believe you're walking distance from the hustle and bustle (and traffic!) of LA.

Hi folks. I just had a "check battery age" on my M240. I use one battery, but it gets very minimal use (frequent, but I rarely have to charge the battery). I am the second owner, and I bought it around 3000 exposures, so it's pretty "young".
I found this thread with some chap named edwardkaraa, don't know who he is!
Hi Richard, I was wrong about this. In fact the camera will automatically show this warning when the battery is around 2 years and a few months old. The battery manufacturing date is printed on the back side in week and year numbers. For instance 1213 means week 12, 2013. The warning has no effect on the camera operation. Leica will remove it in an eventual firmware update.
Ah okay, good to know guys, thank you! I see "1213VB" printed on the back, so I'll assume that means week 12, 2013. As mentioned many times before, this battery is one of my favourite things about the camera! So just wanted to check with you all to see what it really meant. Will continue using without worry
