Very nicely done - I don't know how yo were able to have so many of the sequence in focus! Great commentary too That's an elite club you belong to for sure
Tim,
I got that many in sequence because the whole event happened right in front of me and I have the sun to my back. If it had happened further away I would have missed much of it. Glad you enjoyed and thanks!

I'll bet you darn near broke the speed barrier going home to download those pics after that shoot. My oh my,Ken----what a job in capturing something so rarely seen.
Al
Hi Al,
Truth is I spent another 2 hours at the nearby ponds shooting ducks, avocets and stilts. Came home with about 16 gigs of images that took WAY too long to download

Ken this is a very great capture of photos and in great detail. I think you did it perfect as did the osprey. For some interesting info on their talons for any one to read see my link on The Osprey. http://www.loubuscher.com/The%20Osprey.htm
Lou
Hi Lou,
If the Osprey did it perfect it wouldn't have missed the 1st three tries
I've heard the success rate runs at about 15% and in that context I suppose it did a good job I just wish my keep rate were so good...
First thought was WOW! Next image... WOW! Next image... WOW! You get the idea.
Congratulations Zm!
Everything certainly came together for this sequence and you captured it perfectly Ken.
Masterful work... and yes... this ones going to be hard to beat this season +1
Awesome series Ken with many of these images suitable as wall hangers.
