This thread interested me. I do not have a canon fish eye lens, however I would like to show two of Manhattan taken with a 7 mm lens on a bronica. the images are on Ektachrome 120 mm slide film. Both images taken around 1977 from a helicopter, altitude about 2000 feet.

Thanks guys, this forum has been exactly what I've been looking for.

- haven't had much success on my own yet though - this certainly inspires me.

I have the Sigma 15mm. Here's one I particularly like of my dog Micha (aka "Moofy").

That one of StanJ's on the first page still is my reference fisheye, everything else pales in comparison. I'd love to see that printed big.

Not used as often as I liked, but it stays in my collection.

That is fantabulous.

Okay, here's one that I think is a worthy example for an urban landscape sunrise fish-eye shot.

Lou, did you mean a 17mm? Covering the 78mm diagonal of a Bronica frame would be tough for any 7mm lens, I'd think!
Nice shots and nice reminders.

OK, I just purchased a Zenitar a few days ago (on B&S). I still haven't got a good 'feel' for composition yet, but here are two of my first attempts.

OBTW, the Urban Landscape shot by 'justinvl' is AMAZING!

Here are three very different shots using a Sigma 15 mm on a 1D.
While I get consistent exposure with my Canon lenses, the Sigma fisheye always overexposes by about one stop. In between, I have become used to this bad habit and correct accordingly.

Cityscape in Brixen.

Anyone here uses Sigma 4.5mm circular fisheye?

Or if you use the 8mm version for FF, how do you get rid of the blue fringing if you want to defish it?

That's a awesome photo Stan, but from the web version I'm not sure what the figure is. A penguin?
