Certainly a fun lens to have in the bag, I've found it great for parties and the like. However, mine dropped from a table, landed on the built in hood, and damaged the focusing ring. I've two friends that say that their own suffers the same focusing problems as mine from light taps.
Two of my favourites from previous FM Weekly Assignments; the first using a Peleng 8/3.5 on a 20D, the second a Canon 15/2.8 on a 1D Mark II. I don't use fisheyes very often at all, mainly for fun when I feel "artistic".

The first is really great. On the second, it's hard to detect the fisheye effect at all, but it's a neat shot.
here's a shot i stitched in PS using 3 photos-used a 20D and the Sigma 8mm f/3.5-it's a fun lens but i didn't use it that often, so i sold it-fun for panorama stitches, though

Given the lens he uses, and given his profile, no.
I guess the profile would explain it (new user ) But actually my research indicates that many users found the 10-17 useable on full frame sensors, though origionally ment for a 1.6x.
Damn this thread, after a trip to the local camera store this afternoon. A 15mm FE sits in my camerabag. I went to rent one but they only had an 8mm for rent, too much for my liking.
