I lived in S.Oregon for a few years and yes it was hot BUT..very low or no humidity! Comfortable!!!
Bill knows!!
A little humid but nothing like back east...When it's 73 degrees at 5:30am going to work you know it's going to be hot out...
Now you can't see the mountains because of all the smoke from the fires.
Only 101 today.
.
Sac is suppose to be 112 friday and 103 saturday...Geez

It was 87F at 0600 Bill with 75% humidity! It is now 97F with 60%humidity and t-storms on the horizon. We need rain bad here!
I remember the fires while in Murphy Bill! I will have to dig out my photos from back then.
The sun was so tainted by the smoke it was blood red!

It was 106 out there and the heat distortion was REALLY bad.

Up and close! For this show I will bring the 100-400 and the 300+2X TC. I think I pretty much got the range cover most of the time. 50MP gives me quite a bit of room to crop if 600mm is still not long enough.
Gotcha Jeff. I think it is an anomaly in how it shows up on my computer. Like I said, I don't think it is in the original photo, some kind of anomaly. This is my screen shot from the FM post:
BTW, I'm so impressed with the Insta360 x4 and the app that I ordered the AcesPro camera just to see if it improves on the Hero 12. The ability to record in 8K alone should give it a bump. I'm in the process of setting up custom shooting profiles in it right now and will run some tests later today. The app and set up is more intuitive than GoPro so that is a plus, and the camera itself is slightly larger, feels beefier right out of the box. Weebeesee!
