Just Rolled in to town, back home from the trip to Germany.
Did the Tiger Meet a Schleswig Jagel and a trip to Berlin and the Ila show on Sunday.
Weather on Friday was better then forecasted.
The meet was well organised only drawback were the stepladders that were aloud some were a 3 meters high.
And the most of them were at the front of the fence.
Heard that today they had to stay at least 5 meters away but hey when you have enough mm you are king.
Food was excellent cooked by the army I think Beef Goulash.
Hopefully I have some nice shots, after the loss of data at last years Reno races I decided not to bring a backup but ordered some more cards.
They had a nice surprise two MG-60R Sea Hawks flew by a couple of time they came from a Us Navy ship harboured at Kiel Harbour and were flying from nearby Hohn Airbase
Saturday we drove to Berlin and visited the Deutsches Technik museum Berlin.
And walked around the huge city.
Sunday we visited the ILA show also very nice with exhibit halls.
And some displays by civil and military planes.
Nice surprise was the Demo of the F35 flown by the USAF F35 demo team who came over from Hill AFB they also flew some demo's at some of the German defence open days around the country .
Unfortunately no complete demo as the box was to small as the other half of the field remained open for normal operations ( I think everything except the banana pass ).
Also they flew the new Airbus A 321 XLR incredible 2 engines new electronics fuel efficient etc.|
They were able to get 10 or 11 more hours out of it on a full load of fuel.
So it's able to fly from London to Mumbai India non stop.
And it's so quiet it's just ridicules.
The fella who doesn't understand hyperbole responds with his own hyperbolic comments. Makes me laugh.
Enjoy your M-14 while you can. (how much are you going to let the gubmint 'buyback' your arms for? )
Sounds very cool Jan Arie! Those technological advances are the kind we should be concentrating on! Although, do you really want to fly non-stop from London to Mumbai.............? Long time in a tube! Rumor has it that Ross will be getting a G700 in the near future, ridiculous range.

I'm not sure the rudder is big enough and the prop tip looks awful close to the ground. She's a Bear, in a couple of ways.
That's why it's a vertical take off airplane...
"Trump and his zombie army have brought the nation to the edge of the abyss. But the creation of a Fourth Reich might not be as easy as they think. They will encounter resistance. And that reminds me that it's time to go to the range. I recently became a gun owner for the first time in my life: an M-14 and a short barrel, short stock 12-gauge. I haven't fired a weapon since 1969, but that one belonged to Uncle Sam, so it's time to regain proficiency with the new home arsenal. Never know when I might have to defend a Constitution."
M-14 and short barrel shotgun? And you live in NYS? Class III approval?? I'm no expert as to NYS laws as to restricted ownership of Class III weapons, but here's hoping you are. Sure do hope so, for your sake. Anthony

Thanks Jim,
Yes, Sony a7RV and a Sony 200-600 will be here Friday and I'll go from there.
Will probably keep the R5 with the 300 for now but next will be the Sony 300 if I can swing it.
Sold a few items already and might have a few more sold.
Let me know how that Sony works out for you Bill!
I am getting very "po'd" at Canon's dragging their feet with a new body, mega pixels, to fight the Sony's , Nikons, Fuji's excellence!
Dont need no video camera..I have a super Sony video camera!!
Good luck!
