A little bit more fun with rugby match. Unfortunately this was a last game of the season so no more rugby till next year. Forecast called for 70% chance of rain with possible thunderstorm. We ended up about 5 minutes of very light rain only. It would have been a lot more fun with real rain shower
The game was in the evening under artificial light.
All shot wide opened @f2.8 1/1000s . I think SS was still a bit too slow?
With Z9, some cropping was applied.

Some badgers from last week. All captures were taken at f/2.8, 1/60 sec and ISOs between 6.400 and 20.000. The scrap due to motion blur was enormously high.

Your flying proboscis monkey is a dream shot... I can't believe I missed commenting on this in the past. Fabulous image!

Thank you Bruce, if you ever have a chance Borneo is excellent for wildlife photography as well and relatively very inexpensive. Proboscis monkey is unique to Borneo but very common and not hard to find.

Thanks for the tip... Borneo is on my list, as I love tropical rainforests. For now, I've got a trip to Japan in January, and we'll see what comes after that.
