I also have the 24-120 f4 and it's brilliant, just grabbed the 40 f2 for when I need to go small and light in low light, really surprised how good it is.
I went through this whole thread and I need to use this lens more! I got inspired!
I knew i had a few shots I've taken with it that came out great! I think I'm going for force myself to take out the Z6II and 40/2.
I used to but haven’t in a long while. You’ve inspired me. Mine is in today’s bag with the gen 1 TTA 75/2

Revisiting this thread after owning a 40/2 a few years ago, lots of good looking images from you all. I liked the rendering and especially the size/weight but at the time I was used to 28mm or 35mm for walkarounds and did not immediately take to the 40mm angle of view. I may need to try again. Currently I have the 28/2.8 SE and it’s fun for walks on the Z8, but f/2 would offer some benefit.
