only my 2nd excursion with the R5 yesterday, but the results for me are defined in the keeper rate and that's really skyrocketed. shots in focus are the stats that i judge this camera.

Geesh, it sounds like you're in the middle of a massive wildlife preserve with all the birds and even turkey in the background. Very nice work and pleasing audio. No question which one of those eagle chicks is her favorite.

Thanks. I cheated a little with the Audio as I recorded that this morning in my yard and added it. A couple of shooters where at the eagle so it ruined the natural sound.

Isn’t the sticky bird-eye AF terrific? It’s not so reliable when you have a very busy or cluttered background/surrounding area. But that’s a moot point for me personally, as I would not shoot anything with a busy/cluttered background.
A first for me this morning. A breading male Blue-Grey Gnatcather!
I thought this was just another Tufted Titmouse at first, but it was way to spazzy and didn't sit still for more than 1 second. VERY challenging little guy to capture but after about a half hour I got a few so-so shots of the little bugger.
