Gents. The latest update seems to have had an impact on AF. Even tho, I’m aware, no mention of this specifically.
AF tracking. Eye AF. The way the box moves more willingly to secondary eyes. Placebo?
I have noticed this also, but this is always the case with many FW updates. Fuji does this often with their continual updates and improve the AF without documenting it.
I think you have to understand the Japanese to continually mention AF improvements is aknowledging there is a problem in the first place

Great series Lance! My 70-200E is still one of my favourites At the moment mine is packed with the main shipment so it will be about another 12 weeks before I see mine again.
Thank you very much for your lovely comments, Charles. Much appreciated!
The 70-200 f2.8E FL VR is ridiculously great. A zoom has no right to be this good!
Hard to believe you guys still have hummers up there.
Thanks guys.
Yes, our Anna's Hummingbirds are year round residents. I have photos of them in the snow but we don't get very much snow on Vancouver Island. I have mornings where I have to swap out my feeders as they have frozen overnight. The Anna's start nesting by early Feb which is crazy if you ask me
For the past two weeks I've heard that there are a few 10 point bucks in the nature reserve I frequent when it's not too cold... yesterday, I was able to grab a few shots of this magnificent creature through the bush with my Nikon 200-500 on the Z6..
Great set. 105E is so good, Why not keep it. I have quite a bit of overlap but enjoy them all. Although I think I will purge some to make room for S lens. Maybe get a 70-200 S when it comes out , then purge 70-200E instead?
Does anyone know a workaround to get a z50 raw image to open in Capture One 12.1?
I already paid for an upgrade to open my z7 files and it looks like I will have to
pay another $150 upgrade for version 20.1 to work with the z50 raw files.
Very disappointing to keep paying every time getting a new camera.
I tried going the Adobe .Dng route but the files created and opened in C1 look flat
with zero color saturation.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
