From a local waterfall. It is a nice little waterfall, and I hope the ranger understands that putting a sign on a tire is not a great way to inform people to stay on trail. ( Or they understand it well, but no budget.)
I don’t do video either and I like the Z5 a lot. Had a Z6 before too. AF isnt quite as sticky as the Z6, but the sensor edits very nicely. It’s said to have slightly better base ISO DR but no complaints either way. And I prefer the SD, though XQD cards are very quick.
All in all it’s a hell of a deal in the current market.

How are you liking the Z5 ? I was thinking of getting one instead of another Z6. I don't do video.
I have a love/hate relationship with this location. It is probably my "Moby Dick". I've shoot it once or twice a year, the last 4 years, seeking the most dramatic sky, and I'm still yet to get it. Anyways, this is the first time here with my Z7. I have shot the nearly same composition with my Canon 6D and Fuji X-T2. Guess I will keep trying.
Playing around with C1 styles, this is an attempt at building a Kodak Vericolor film emulation. Anyway, that aside image made with Z7, 24-70/2.8S at 24mm, f8, 1/25th:
