I am pretty sure we will get soon a 85mm f1.2 added to the roadmap (and that one should be one of the easier lenses to design among those released so far), what I don't know is about wider lenses:
- 35mm f1.2?
- 28mm f1.2?

Amazing picture. It was a mistake clicking on this thread. Now I want this lens but also want 14-30 F4 and can only afford one right now
Those who have owned all Z lenses, do you think that this lens is good enough to replace 24-70 F4, 35/1.8 and 50/1.8?
I own them all but just sold the f4 for the 2.8.
Your question is a bit like comparing a sports car and a family SUV
The 24-70 is an amazing lens and you might not see a huge difference at f4 vs the 35 and 50, but then you buy the 35 and 50 when you need a faster aperture...
On an aside note, I think you'll get more use out of the 24-70/2.8 vs the 14-30, unless your primary use is landscape and architecture
I just got back from a week at Kauai with the Z6 + 24mm f/1.4g, 50mm f/1.8s, and 70-200 VRII. 70-200 got almost no use, but I felt weird not bringing anything longer than 50.
In hindsight, the 24-70 f/2.8S would have been a good single lens solution. If the trip had been 2 weeks later, I might have tried to pick one up before the trip to try out. I'll definitely consider it before the next big trip.
