I need to use it for "real", I'm interested in how highlight tone priority looks, and the depth of detail that can be captured in shadows. Airshow and racing seasons are getting under way- so ask me again in a month
Not looking like it. The latest weather reports have it raining overnight thru most of the day Friday. With the better part of two weeks of rain on Road Atlanta that place is going to be ankle deep in mud.
I'll save my energy for the NHRA at Commerce next week
By the way I think you better send that 5D in for service, the center of the pictures look great, but the sensor seems to be failing in the corners- better have that checked!
Its funny tho I was just looking up that beach/airport two weeks ago- but google maps has nothing in that area.
I live in atlanta area and would be interested in shooting in Arizona/Utah and if you are or anyone else is planning a trip to that area I would like to join.
HDR is fun...but over used most times. The chapel screamed the use of HDR as well as the clouds around my house the other night.
The birds are not cropped that much. It was at the birds of prey thing at Calloway Garden's so the birds were right there. It is pretty cool place if you have never been.
