I don't print much...but...
Spark, Mavic, Phantom 3/4, and any drone with a GoPro...think of a 12 megapixel 1/2.3 sensor, and go from there.
Phantom 4 Pro, 20 megapixel, 1-inch sensor.
Some folks mount a micro four thirds camera, and some even APS-C and full frame.
Most of the images in this thread are the 1/2.3 or 1-inch variety, some using HDR.

I've printed a 12x36 pano with great success and some metal prints. End of last year a made a 12x12 photo book of all of my drone shots with some being dual page 12x24. I've been very happy with the picture quality.
