Stepping down from Zeiss is at first almost always a disappointment.Good lenses though defend themselves and the more you use them the more qualities you discover (provided they are there).This Pentax is OK from about f2.8,small and pretty solid,so not bad a choice when size matters.
Too many FM threads to follow - it's a truggle to keep up. Th eprevious page has some of the best shots I've seen ever on this Forum!

I got lucky with the focus, because this zombie posed for me. The event was a surprise to me, hence having a manual focus lens to hand. She must be miffed; she puts a lot of effort into her look and demeanour, only to have a casual father-son zombie-pair strolling along in the background.
A7R, Summicron 50 Dual-Range: From yesterday when I made an impromptu 30 mile dirt-road drive over the Tinderry Mts in my Subaru Liberty 4WD car, discovering 10cm of snow (and a fast-flowing ford that I should probably not have risked).
Samuli...not the usual pics from you, but I still really like the whole set, including the flares!! And...the last pic as a reminder about checking shutter speed!! Been there done that😁
Werner...the FE 35 1.4 DOES have very nice bokeh! It seems very similar to the 90 macro at close mfd??
