Zeiss if you are reading this we need a 21mm Loxia.
I agree on the message to Zeiss, as I've done a similar trawl through the options over the last couple of weeks. As a result of searching the web and quizzing a couple of forum members here, and because I don't want to wait for Mr Zeiss, I have a CV Ultron 21 on its way for me to evaluate. It's most intractable downside seems to be its fixed lens hood, which prevents the use of grad filters, but if it proves itself optically, it may end up having a bit of surgery in due course with help from a competent engineering friend. I'll put up some examples as soon as I've had a chance to put it through its paces - John
This shot was with the A7R and 135L. This was my first attempt at a Brenizer Panorama so apologies for the boring subject. It was harder than I thought it would be! The resulting image is equivalent to the FOV and DOF you would get from a 100mm f/1.4 (According to the Brenizer calculator)
I remember the first two pics you posted here. They were the ones that made me buy the FE 55. Don't regret it one bit. Thanks! 11/52 - 09.09.14 - Callum by xpfloyd, on Flickr

Rene...I really like that Rokkor 85 1.7. Fantastic lens!
A few more BW pics...
I really liking the 21mm adapter for the FE 28. I know it's not as good as the ZE/F, but as some others have said, for the occasional wide shooter, it works pretty well. And the FE 28 by itself is pretty stellar, IMO.
