Werner, that fountain close-up is very impressive.
Charles, it's really dangerous looking at your shots taken with the FE 35, in particular after I realized that this damn piece of glass sells for slightly less than the official retail price. At least it won't be available until June, so the temptation, isn't that strong yet .
charles.K: Great portraits! it´d be interesting to compare how the first picture would look with FE 28/2 wo instead of 35/1.4 with similar framing. Still not sure which one to choose, after seeing pictures from Steve Huff site with FE 28/2 and your picture I´am even more doubtful

A calla lily taken Friday. It took an hour to work this shot out, but was worth every minute of it, and working it out in the camera meant a tiny bit of sharpening in post processing, period. Also posted on N&W.

Jim, thank you. This might very well be my only 50 lens. As a 50 shooter, it would have to be with me everywhere . The main thing is this lens is very enjoyable to shoot with. It's not just the IQ but the whole Leica tab, short focus throw and somewhat loose but dampened manual focus feel help. I'm sold on this whole concept!
René, i see that you have now the 135 STF, a lens i am looking at since some time, but hell i have the 135/1.8...and then there is still the 35/1.4 waiting...
Do you like the STF what's you experience with it?
