Doh! I knew that path from somewhere
Nice images everyone too. Really enjoy following along.

Great portraits, Charles.
Greggf: The bokeh on that Sonnar shot above is beautiful. Well done.
Here are two more from my recent trip to Northern Japan.
a7r with the Elmarit 90 stopped down to around f5.6, I think.

Thanks all for the inspiration! Here's a 6 shot pano with the A7 & Zeiss 25/2.0. The location is Bamberg, in the South of Germany (Bavaria, but the locals prefer Franken :-) ). Beer capitol of the World (not in quantity, but in quality), but the town is also very beautiful. Combined with some good shopping makes for a destination that pleases both man and woman :-)

Tried out the A7 with the Sony E 16-70mm F/4 OSS in crop mode and the Sony 70-200mm F/4. The sensor is dirty but I had trouble blowing away the dust with a rocket blower. Need to learn how to learn it. The AF in dim light is definitely nowhere close to the 5DIII I had before but I knew that going in. The AF in the last shot was hunting like crazy. I ended up using manual focus for that one.
Thanks for looking.
