Bob, what are your thoughts on Loxia 35 vs VC 35/1.2? I've seen your comments about regretting selling the VC and wonder how you'd revise your thoughts given the Loxia. Thx in advance!

Hmmm . . . tough one. I really like both. I've been really enjoying the Loxia 35 and the images it produces. To me it's classic Zeiss. It's been quite a while since I owned the CV 35/1.2 II but when I had it, it was on my NEX 7 most of the time. The images I've seen here and on the A7 series have been wonderful with classic CV character and bitingly sharp. Makes me want to own both! The CV voigtlander's only negative is its weight. It is very heavy for its size but I never minded it on the NEX-7. The Loxia is very solid with good heft but feels a lot lighter.
So many excellent images coming thick and fast - difficult to keep up and do more than use the "like" button
Just playing around wit stacking images from a new (to me) lens - A7 wit 100mm Apo-Macro
Lily anthers 1:1
