Here are some images taken last evening in New Tripoli, PA with my tripod mounted Leica R 100mm f2.8 Apo-Macro-Elmarit and my Sony A7r. Images taken at about f8 and processed in LR5.7.
OK, now how do I cross post this with the new system to the Leica R thread I have way more than 500 posts.

Rich
The cross-posting function is for creating a new thread that simultaneously resides in two forums (very useful when there's an overlapping of equipment, discipline, subject matter, etc), but not for posting in two threads at once.
I have the A7 II and the 16-35 in for review this week. Just got it in and had about a half hour to shoot with the pair, plus a bit to screw around with the camera. I really like the camera and lens, but both are quite heavy. Really surprised by the weight of the camera body, but the excellent grip (by far the best on any Sony mirrorless camera) makes it handle really well. The 16-35 has some notable native distortions, including mustache distortion at the wide end, though the built in Lightroom profile corrects it quite well.
I may have to pick up the A7 II for a reviews body plus as sort of a digital Canon FD mount camera. The IBIS works really nicely with my manual focus lenses...nice sharp shots at 1/8 second with my FL 55/1.2 mounted.
