A7 II with Canon FL 55/1.2:
And one with my Contax 90/2.8. This lens is good on APS-C, but man does it sing on FF...this pixel density is right in the wheelhouse...blisteringly sharp. (Though this is an APS-C crop...for some reason the body sees the Techart AF adapter as an APS-C lens...I hadn't turned off the crop yet when I took this, but the 100% is the same regardless).

Jordan, how do you like the 55/1.2 on the A7II. My local camera store has a copy that I was thinking of checking out.

I wish everybody a happy New Year 2015. May the power of the Sheep be with you
.
Let's hope this thread will continue to go strong in 2015 as well. There are so many great pictures being posted here on a daily basis. It provides a lot of inspiration to me, while also showing me how far I still have to go to become a halfway decent photographer.
Here are a few shots from this morning. Unfortunately, it was way too cloudy for a picture perfect sunrise.

Hi All,
Thanks for the kind feedback. I went out again today, to the local lighthouse, when I left plenty of neat swirling cloud. Got there and they were all gone. Taken at a distance, managed to get the moon directly above the lighthouse, though sadly I over exposed the moon washing out most of the detail. Not a great shot, but a good way to start the year.
