Looking at the Himalayas from Tibet, around 5100m. Scene contrast levels were otherworldly high, lucky I had the a7r. (Contax Zeiss 100/3.5, which I guess we can now call a 'vintage lens').
lonely township atop the huge drop-off, plunging ~4000m in 50kms or so.
wasteland so high 8000m mountains look like rather lower elevation peaks.
