Finally received my LA-EA4 and tested it out with the Minolta 35-105 (3.5-4.5) (Old Version) yesterday. So far, I think it's a good investment, and AF is a lot more accurate than I expected.
Stitch with A7 and Rodagon 105 (non-Apo standard version). I really like the Rodagon. Even though it is not officially Apo-corrected it has zero lateral CA and almost zero longitudinal CA. It flares easily though...

I use a chinese helicoid (plus M42 to M39 adapter) for focussing. By mistake I bought EOS-M to M42, but somehow EOS-M fits quite well on my Nikon F to Nex adapters as well...
The panoramic head is a Manfrotto head with click-stops for the horizontal movements and a DIY-modified geared Feisol panorama plate for the vertical movement.
