Exposure/time blended. Wasn't able to get a good image of the foreground in focus, but you get what you can when you're 3 years old.

Victory banners (beaten copper usually) adorn roofs at the Tibetan monastic sites. Here is some detail of one at the Jokhang Temple, which dates from 650 AD. Elephants were historically very important in India and in Indian religion - they were used in warfare to great effect. (i) Zeiss 35-70/3.4 and (ii) Zeiss 21/2.8 Distagon for some old time bokeh and colour from the mid nineties. Older wide angles have an undeserved bad rap, for the better ones at least.
