For some of us that lives in Florida, it may not be a big deal…This black caiman, about 4m long, was prowling around in the river in the Amazon Basin of Ecuador. I am not messing around with this guy and I would rather stay away and used my long lens instead… There is an insect on the nose bridge that went along for a free ride, BTW.

Fairly heavily cropped, tripod mounted 100-400mm GM set to 400mm and A7rIII; silent shutter.
