I picked up my 135GM during a pretty bad storm, waited till the next day to walk around my suburb and have a play! I was mind blown watching the autofocus track a bee, it makes me excited for the 50/1.2 and other modern lenses coming up! PS - portrait with the girlfriend was BEFORE she found out about how much the 135GM cost, haha.
I can't believe how shallow the DOF is when close to MFD on the 135GM - I'm not really used to anything longer than 50mm..

A very interesting place we visited recently was Lake Ballard near the small Western Australian town of Menzies. The acclaimed British sculptor Sir Antony Gormley was commissioned to do 51 sculptures which have been distributed around the lake, it would take a huge effort to see them all.
