An older one of Gloucester Cathedral Tower - A7RII and 24-105 - according to our local news it will today Ring out 'The Star Spangled Banner' in memory of its Chorister John Stafford Smith who apparently wrote the music part of the Anthem in the 1700's.

Hi Mathieu -- I don't see the problem -- I do that on the Canon forum, using Canon L lenses on Sony bodies, and here, using Sony body and Canon glass. It's not like old times when everyone had a specific system and that was it!

Personally, I don’t care and I already gave your post a “like”. However, this thread is about images captured with FF Sony cameras. There is even a separate thread for images taken with Sony APS-C cameras to separate the two formats. So, these two threads are actually exclusive to Sony cameras regardless of the lens used but not the other way around. Just my opinion, of course but since you asked, here you go. I am not a forum police and frankly, most folks wouldn’t even notice nor care . Enjoy your Z camera!
Hey, that’s why I asked and your opinion certainly carries plenty of value. I agree it’s always been Sony camera’s but then there was never a distinction or choice till now. FE body could use anything, and FE glass had to be an FE body. But the title is ambiguous “FE Images” and now you can use FE lenses on another system body.
I can go back to lurking, but sadly no, Nikon forum has great pockets of post activity but too fragmented and / or gear specific and thus lacks the great activity this thread and I’ll argue Sony board in general receives.
