Damn, posting directly after Joshua always makes for a humbling experience. Great work my friend. The quail was very cooperative, it seems.
Douglas: Great to see somebody posting shots with the 90 Macro.
Bob: I'm quite surprised about those relatively nice sunstars showing up already at f8 with the 24 GM.
Jako: Always a fan of post processing. Those colors shots on the previous page remind of film (in a positive sense).
Werner: Beautiful landscape. Did you take that shot during your most recent trip in winter or earlier/later? Looks a bit like autumn/fall, but may be that's just me.

I apologize in advance for my larger than life size image but I’m working on the iPad with LR mobile and haven’t found a convenient way to reduce size.

Another California Quail image from Point Reyes...
Lol this is a perfect "Look at me how pretty I am" pose If I were any good at it, I'd photoshop her a fashion hat and a purse hanging from her left leg
I guess I should consider myself lucky. At least that’s what I was told by the sales rep at Precision Camera after getting this 24mm. I haven’t attached it to my camera yet, but I’m glad I have one...

Thank you, Chris. I love the Sony 90mm macro. I know the new CV 110mm is better in some aspects, but I want AF for my macro fun, which is mostly walking around taking pictures of flowers at gardens. Here are a few more. The last one was shot with the CV 40mm F1.2.
