I'll take it to Faroe Islands too next month
Faroe Islands in January? Sounds exotic, but should be ok for lenses, as weather looks like to be above zero. Can't wait to see your photos.
I'm more afraid on the normal winter landscape shooting 22C lens to -10C car, then -25C photography, back to +10C car (car hopefully warms up, I don't have separated trunk so even I keep camera bag in back of car it most likely is +10C), back to outdoors -25C, repeat until I get back home and we are again +22C. Even I use camerabag to isolate environment vs. camera&lens there is still some condensation and temperature changes.

Put the camera bag in an iced cooler in the car :-P
In fact as a result of working as an environmental consultant for some years and shipping environmental samples, I would frequently ship equipment that I could not get onto an airplane (not photo equipment except maybe tripods and support equipment) in coolers to meet me at my shooting locations when necessary and to then hide and protect, and keep my photo equipment in the cooler in the car. When using the coolers as shipping cases, the coolers would be duct taped closed which would act to maintain chain of custody.
Congrats! That’s an excellent camera and a joy to shoot. I bought one earlier this year to complement my D850. I loved the Sony so much that I sold the D850 & Nikon gear, bought another A7rIII and some lenses. Now I’m all Sony. We look forward to seeing your next post

Just picked up the 7R3 and 24-105...been nasty weather for us, we're itching to get out of this house...until then, he's my test subject until I figure this camera out
My partner and I went ice-skating this weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Fantastic weather and ice. (-14C, but no wind so it didn't feel cold at all.) The white dots are frost and didn't affect the skating.
A7II and CV 35mm/1.7.
This has to be the best thread for photos on the web. Seriously, I'm always blown away by the photos here, both from an artistic stand point, and the IQ of the Sony's.

Morning sunrise near Fort Fisher with the coquina rock formation at low tide. Not my best effort but bright and cheery none the less Sony A7RM3 + Sony Zeiss Vario-Tessar T* FE 16-35mm f/4 ZA OSS
