Finally a chance to shoot the Contax G90 on the A7R. What a great combo. Makes me think I don't need the 100MP ZE any more . . .
I'm also in love with my G90, and also G45. Both have rendering style suiting my needs extreme well as I have always wanted to present "being there feeling" instead of "watching a flat photo feeling". So sad G28 doesn't work well with current sensors.

How about Leica APO-Summicron-M ASPH 90mm? It's smaller than R version.......
Is the M-version same optically as R-version? Asking this since I don't like R-version boke on my typical scenarios (harsh and difficult boke mid-distances and background quite close to focus plane). What R-version does on focus plane and near it is very nice.
Wish that there would be more APO-Summicron-M 75mm f/2 in 2nd hand market, now there is so few and they are so expensive. With these prices makes no sense buying 2nd hand as new ones with warranty are only 700-800EUR more expensive.

Gregg, now that you shoot with Sony A7 your possibilities have widened a bit. How about Leica APO-Summicron-M ASPH 90mm? It's smaller than R version, nearly as good as Zeiss MP100 (and smaller!)...
Here are a few more from yesterday with the C/Y 35-70. I said it before, burbs swear this lens was made for the A7! It makes me wonder how it would fair on the A7r??
