Nice light in these images and I really like that interior space - the mix of raw and modern without clutter. What city is this in?
Hello,
Our friend just bought the house recently here in Santa Cruz, Ca. Funny, it's a woman that my wife baby sat for when I first met her 23 yrs ago. Here's a link: http://tours.tourfactory.com/tours/tour.asp?t=1601870
Gregg, you manage to make something easily missed into a set of super shots!
Thank you Phillippe! I'm finding I need to extend my skills to other "everyday in life, things" more often!
Thank you Joshua! As always.

This made me want to take out my seldom used Rokinon 14/2.4 SP. Also a really nice optic. Neither can replace the sunstars of the CV15/4.5 III but each has it's uses . . .
Been sick at home, but the backyard flowers are blooming so tried some flower shots with different lenses - all focus stacked on the subject, and blended one shot as background.
I was at the burrowing owl site in the afternoon, hoping for capturing owl activities in a more pleasing lighting. It turned out to be a complete failure. The owls just hung around without doing much of anything. It was windy, too. So, they protected themselves behind some rocks near their burrows. On the way back home, I saw an owl and the sun was about to set. I pulled over and got my gear out but the owl disappeared into its burrow. Rats! Then I saw the sunset, and I ended up taking pictures of some bushes silhouetted against it.
Then the owl came out again while I was taking sunset image. I sneaked back and took ome images of the owl with the sun setting but from a quite a distance without spooking him again. I need to work on them. In the meantime, I will go ahead post this one first...
Terminus 100 Building in Lenox Square, Atlanta. 2 shot vertical pano. Light trails were too distracting so I went with this almost 2:1 aspect ratio. The Batis 18mm sunstars aren't the greatest.
