Found a place on Kauai that I want(ed) to buy. Pipe dream of course, but don't we all have them...and after much research, I was able to find out how much it was....

This is a smaller waterfall next to the bigger falls at Vickery Creek in Roswell Georgia. The falls are right next to an old mill which has been overtaken by the forest.
