Some photos from a recent Low show at Papa Charlie's, a restaurant and music venue located at a skiing resort. They've been running "Monday Songwriter Series" where they go for an intimate "listening room" vibe.
Lenses used: Contax G 90mm f/2.8 and Voigtlander 35mm f/1.7 Ultron VM.

I agree. Sorta...I find mine is incredible. My most used lens by far. And especially @35mm@ for my particular copy.

Here is my first image from my Atlanta/northern Georgia trip. I was there for business but managed to shoot every day for almost 2 weeks. A nice rapid at Vickery Creek in Roswell.

It is so interesting to me--these unsharp, blurry, monlens images
capture so much more about what the experience of an evening walk and
the experience of golden evening light is like. Very beautiful!
Thank you very much! These Monocles were popular tools in the pictorialism movement (late 19th and early 20th centuries), which is more about capturing the atmosphere/mood than documenting the scene. Monolenses have continued to be popular in Russia and most users now are from there. To be true to the style photos should have textures and often resemble paintings, but I haven't got that far (yet anyway ).
