Thank you very much Peire (and MedicineMan404 after my previous post)! I took photos with my "normal" lens too, but in most cases I prefer how these turned out. I know it's not to everyone's taste, but the Monocle has really enchanted me.
Helena, even I'm not great fan of these blurry lenses, but I still liked the 4th photo and last one. 2nd photo might have worked for me if the effect would be "adjustable" and the light bleed could be adjusted to smaller (I know it can't be adjusted as it's not PhotoShop effect).
Looks great Bob .. I hope you have a great stay in Stockholm .. it's a nice City
24-70 GM is probably a perfect travel lens despite its size
Thanks Ronny. I'm already back home. It was a quick work trip and I had little time to really explore the city. But that simply means I have to return . . .
A lot of great images of various subjects not his page. I love the magic your create with that lens Helena. Ronny, that's such dynamic landscape image, amazing.
This thread is moving fast with a lot of amazing pictures...
I am preparing for a trip to the Alps and I want to travel light, so I forced my adapted projection lenses to some dirty macro work...
All with Sony A7 and Leica Super-Colorplan-P 90mm f2.5 (stopped down to approx f5.6 with an aperture mask in front of the lens).
