I have taken pictures from a similar spot a few times before. Since I have my camera with me on a short trip to Vegas, it was fairly easy for me to do it while walking around. The sunset from 2 days ago was spectacular however but too bad the location of the sunset from this spot is too far to the right from the main attraction. The structure in the direction of the sunset is an ugly parking structure. So, I figured this is a compromise between the main attraction to the left and the fiery sky to the right.
I've been traveling for work so I have much catching up to do. I spent a few quick days in Stockholm and carried my camera on the way to and from dinner. I need to go back to this fine city and plan a weekend next time.

Many thanks Peire for the wonderful images.
Harvest time is already here or approaching fast.
My favorite of your images is the first one.
Like an addict, I keep on coming back to this site for more. Here is one from this morning.... It is not quite the peak moment but I have to work on those. I missed the AF with my adapted lens last week and this morning I reached for a native lens and thankfully the owl was cooperating .
