Probably this is the first time that I am posting a test image of a new to me lens but I figured, the heck why not . So, here it is a handheld test image at wide open. Some folks twisted my arm and I succumbed to the lure of an f/1.4 lens . But color me impressed by the lens!
President's mansion at the University of Alabama. This photo was supposed to have a story attached to it, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted. But...it shows the decadence that exists at UA. It's really strange to see the dichotomy of the President's mansion (this building) along with buildings like those on fraternity row, as opposed to the economic conditions that many/most college students find themselves in.

Joshua...nice first image with the new 50!
Pepjin...really liking your grabs with the Nikkor 20/3.5. Is it AI or AI-s?
Bob...love your last couple sets! Bird grabs are awesome!
Werner...very nice! I really like how you name your photos! Very original.
Derek...Kolari v4? Wow...now which 35 are you going to prefer on it. Zm or pre? The Pre looks really nice....
Gregg
A7rll and FE 50 1.4 ZA
Thanks Greg, it's an AI-S but I think the AI and AI-S are optically identical. Wasn't planning on buying any Nikkors but I found two deals on the 20/3.5 and the AI 200/4 which were just to good to pass up. Got the 20/3.5 near mint for €57 shipped and the 200/4 for €15 shipped. I like both. The 20/3.5 is tiny so easy to keep in the bag.
Great Colors Rich
Werner: Great shot as always !
Very nice Gregg and Joshua
Nice Jim .. Loxia looks good in your hands
Believe it or not .. not a picture from Zeiss 100MP in Lofoten

Loxia 21 och Fisheye 16 and Rx1r used most
Skagsanden Beach again with Loxia 21

Thank you, Ronny!
Lofoten + Ronny + Loxia 21mm = lethal combination
For a change, here is an image not of people in costume/mask during the carnival in Venice but of a couple embraced in a passionate kiss. And yes, it was captured in the very crowded San Marco Square but it didn't stop them.... Captured from a low angle to get rid of most of the crowd.
