Living so close we take some things for granted. Thanks to Eddie from Scotland on this weeks birding venture we took a break and re-visited the KSC. If you've never been I highly suggest the 'Atlantis' exhibit; it is breath-taking/tear jerking the way the shuttle Atlantis is revealed-def. an amazing yet sorrowful view of what America was-
Special thanks to Joshua Ong for providing the inspiration with his recent twilight series from this location, and advice on parking in the area.
Single exposures shot with Canon 16-35/4L IS and 24 TS-E II, PP in LRCC. Shot on dual mount tripod beside Canon 5DsR with 17 TS-E (sorry for the cropped building tops on the Sony!).
I'm very happy with the choice to buy the Canon 16-35 to use on both systems, instead of the well-liked Zony 16-35/4 OS. Detail and color is outstanding.
(More variations to be shown on the Canon forum with 5DsR and 17 TS-E, 3-shot HDR blend in LRCC.)
Nearly FF, cropped slightly from bottom and sides about 10%.
Cropped toward panorama, maximum width retained.
24 TS-E II gets a little short changed in horizontal format -- the downside of two camera mount.
