Since I'm tired of summer I looked through photos from last winter and found some I hadn't post processed. Here are a few from ice-skating in a snowstorm (I posted a couple from the same day before). The weather was fine when we started but by the time we got to the far side of the long and narrow lake the storm broke out. Fortunately we had the wind in our backs, so it was pure fun! The tricky part was to stop when I wanted to take photos since the wind drew us across the lake really fast.
Helena, I agree, I want winter back!
Gregg, that 50 seems really nice!
I stepped outside today, and just everything fogged up from the humid weather. Thankfully tomorrow it will be much less humid, but turns out you can get some neat shots through a fogged up lens.
This thread continues to inspire. Wonderful images!
These are a few shots taken yesterday as I continue to get comfortable with my new Canon EF100-400mm f4.5-5.6 ii IS on the A7RII with Metabones IV adapter. Everything is hand held. My next step is to test on a tripod.
