So I live in a house on a hill aptly named "Sunrise Hill Drive". We face due east and I get to watch the sunrise every morning I'm home. I usually only grab the camera for the most colorful sunrises and this mornings was a beauty.

Stormvogel, Poffelus, Wow! to both of you!
SV, is your "shackles" shot strongly cropped, or are you using tubes?
Close focus is 85 cm so cropping is goes very well with 42 mp and the picture stays very good!!!
And that at F1.4 sharp corner to corner I did a test before I bought the lens!!
No grinding AF so I am very happy.
For me it's my new STF with AF.
No purple fringing and so.
Happy I am Willem.
And an other crop.
Orange Nescio.

In the mid 17 century the great Kurfürst, Carl Theodor, had the vision of a representation of all cultures in his Schlosspark in Schwetzingen.
The Mosque was build as on of these representations. It is of course not a 'real' mosque...
I think a pretty good example what's missing these days.
The group of moslems in the park where washing themselves before entering the mosque.
Thank you so much for sharing so many inspiring shots, everyone. Amazing to come back to this thread and see all your wonderful captures after some time off due to some unfortunate events in the family.
A few photos after visiting the concert house in Kristiansand on Saturday, all taken with Sony A7 and Loxia 35.
