Mount Baker Sunset last night. Zeiss 55 shots
That's just about a perfect capture.
I know that summit well. When I lived in Vancouver, I had a nice view of it from my apartment. Sadly, now that I'm closer to it, only the slightest sliver of the peak is visible.
Some amazing shots lately in this forum (not that the previous stuff wasn't great too)
Really a testament to the skill of the photographers behind the lenses though, because I know all you guys (and girls) would be producing amazing images in any other product threads as well.
I'm still enjoying shooting with my Leica Q (probably a record for the longest I've kept a camera right? ) so haven't had a means to post anything new in this forum, but its still a favorite of mine to read each and every day. I read the "Calvin and Hobbes" comic strip and then check out this fourm while having a coffee...great start to a day
Thank you, Charles! I would like to thank everyone for your "likes" for the previous images - I am very flattered.
More from the valley floor at Monument Valley - sand dunes with the Totem Pole in the background. The ripples looked undisturbed but trust me there are a lot insect tracts there. Those tracks are especially visible in the second image.
Joshua...I really really need to go on a photo trip with you one of these days! Seriously I just need to get a hall pass from the Mrs😳
While not shooting, I did some macro stuff around the house...
